I am currently working as an Events Coordinator for a local trade association. I have been writing and performing Murder Mystery Dinner Theatre with my partners for the past 14 years. Performances have included major event openings, fundraisers on trains, collaborations with local media, & private parties. I began writing plays as a child and enjoy the art of building characters. I think my favorite part of each show is the Improv, which is so important to our business, and is the backbone of the Improv-Ability Games. I like to write, read, I'm attempting to do mosaics, and I love hanging out with my friends and family. I am also an independent Visalus representative and really enjoy helping people get healthy. What a great starter business that can grow with you at your own pace. It's great fun and I get to work with not only my friends and family but some really nice new friends as well. Find out more on that by emailing me or visiting my website for Visalus at: http://kimmer.myvisalus.com/.
Thanks for adding the photos Elisa. Good job. I would agree with you. When playing Improv-Ability Pocket Edition, just jump in and have fun. I love being someone else and letting go with the creativity and the craziness of the character. It's also great to see someone you wouldn't think would get into the game, go crazy. My nephew Jason (now a Marine in Iraq) was one of those people. He had so much fun, he did testings with groups and played at home with family. It was great fun. Really brought us together and made us laugh.
Hmmm... that is a really tough one; I really enjoyed the character I played on the train about 5 years ago, from the 1920's show. It was such fun to be creative in 1920's Alaska, while also being real, historical Alaskan people! There are several other characters I played that I would love to do again, too. Kim, is there anything you would recommend to a new player about playing our improv-ability card game, Pocket Edition? My first thought is, Have FUN!, and the second one is, BE the character on each card, as it makes the game even more fun if you jump in with both feet... What would you add?
